The Registrant/Registrar agrees that we may use his personal data to process a request (made by him, his Agent or the Registrar on his behalf) to register or renew or transfer or accept a deletion request of a domain name in compliance with the IEDR Registration and Naming Policies and the Full IEDR terms and conditions. The IEDR do not hold credit card details on file. Credit card transactions are processed by a third-party payment services provider, Realex Payments Ltd

You will have the right to be given a copy of your personal data which IEDR hold. Please read Section 10.1 of the Privacy Statement. Personal data will not be held by us for any longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was obtained.

This Privacy Statement may be amended from time to time. When IEDR amend it, IEDR will provide a notice on the Site that IEDR have done so.
